Coffee & Menu

We source single-origin beans from Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Brazil, Yemen, and Japan. We visit every farm personally and maintain long-term relationships with our producers.

Yes! We offer a Swiss Water Process decaf espresso and a decaf pour over option. Both are available daily.

Absolutely. We offer oat milk, almond milk, soy milk, and coconut milk as alternatives. Oat milk is our baristas' top recommendation for espresso drinks.

Sourcing & Roasting

We roast in small batches multiple times per week. All beans served in our cafes are roasted within the past 7 days. We never serve stale coffee.

Yes! We sell whole bean and ground coffee in 250g and 500g bags at all our locations. You can also order online for delivery.

The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) scores coffees on a 100-point scale. A score of 80+ is considered "specialty." Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe received a 97 — one of the highest scores ever awarded in the Pacific Northwest.

Reservations & Events

Walk-ins are always welcome. However, we recommend reserving for our Brew Bar Tasting, Pour Over Workshop, and Espresso Masterclass experiences as spots are limited.
